On July 18th the US EPA Region Nine hosted a Roundtable with Certified and Compliant Recycler’s in California.  Panelists included OEM’s, auditors, certifying bodies, and recyclers.  Vice President, Dennis Kazarian participated in a heated debate on topics such as electonics recycling, the California model versus manufacturer responsibility, the value of certifications.

After the meeting the contingent of stakeholders toured ERC’s Hayward Facility.  The participants came from across the Asia-Pacific, African and Latin American-Caribbean Regions.
